Hi, my name is Chris Shunk. I'm located in Central Oregon and have been for the last 17 years.  I specialize in wedding and portrait photography but enjoy shooting anything and everything else.  Anywhere I go the camera comes with me.  I graduated from Mountain View High School in 2001 and I'm a graduate of the University of Oregon.  I'm currently working on a masters degree.  I'm a coach for Summit High School and that's how I started taking pictures.  I coach track and cross country. I got my first camera to take pictures of my athletes for memories.  Turns out I really loved doing it.  Parents started asking me to do senior portraits and weddings.  I started getting so many offers I decided to start this website and business.  When I'm not working I like to stay as active as possible.  During the summer months I'm either on my mountain bike, on the tennis court, playing beach volleyball, climbing a mountain, or on my surf board.  There's a lot of fun to be had out there.  Winter's are spent working out with my athletes getting them ready for the season.  I like to always have as much fun as possible with the things I do.  My photography is no exception.  Shooting weddings and portraits are supposed to be fun and I do my best to make sure of that.  I hope you enjoy looking through my galleries.  If you have any questions please email or call me.
